after a long 2 year absence, gidionics will soon
be returning to their north wales roots for a visit.
this photo was made on the last visit-penmon lighthouse,
just off the coast of anglesey.
it's also one of our earliest cameraphone pictures- taken
with our old sony ericsson t610.
as with many of the first generation of cameraphones
the camera function was so crap that it symbolised little
more than a marketing gimmick.
this photo is one of the few rare exceptions.
but the potential was there.........
a few months later,in april 2005 we got our hands on
the first 2 megapixel cameraphone (a sony ericsson
k750i).gidionics journal was the creative result and
the same camera is used today.
2007 will see the introduction of 5 megapixel camera-
phones.a photo revolution is on
the horizon-millions are about to discover a creative
outlet.
millions of lighthouses?
